If you are an out-of-state team and can't make either of these team check-in times at the Cantina, you must check your team in at the Site Director's Tent one hour in advance of your first game at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. You must email the tournament director to confirm your intent to do so by May 19.

• Medical Release Form - NOTE: USYS Registration Form Medical Release are acceptable!
• Real Colorado Severe Weather Information -- You will be acknowledging receipt of this info at check-in
• Dick's Sporting Goods Park Rules -- You will be acknowledging receipt of this info at check-in:
  • NO Dogs
  • Team Tents must be anchored at all times
  • 6" spikes, at the deepest, not on turf
  • 6” spikes for team flags
  • NO smoking, alcohol, barbeques or fires
  • NO team warmups inside the 18 except for GK’s 

• Driving Directions to Optional Colorado Showcase Team Check-In for Local Teams:  http://www.marriott.com/hotels/maps/travel/dentc-denver-marriott-tech-center/ Tuesday, May 25, 6-9pm at Denver Marriott DTC, 4900 S. Syracuse St., Denver, CO  80237.  This is for local teams who want to get their check-in taken care of early.
• Field Check-Ins will only be allowed if pre-approved with the Tournament Director in advance by May 19.
